Be part of our growing franchise family. Tara na sa MESA! Build a business with a brand Filipinos already love.
Submit a letter of intent supported by pictures, a brief background of the applicant and a floor plan or shop drawing of the proposed area. On receipt, a meeting with the business development group is set to discuss the application and learn more about the location.
An inspection of the location is scheduled after the meeting, and an evaluation and feasibility study are conducted.
If the location is approved, signing of the Franchise Agreement follows immediately. The franchisee is then entitled to the franchisee's benefits and is assisted in setting up the outlet up to the grand opening.

A franchisee should have a successful professional track record, not necessarily in the food business, and a strong will to succeed.
Hands-on management is preferred, though it is not a requirement. A strong background in people skills is also important.
The brand support every MESA franchise store receives.
Every MESA franchise store receives:
The franchisee can deploy several management positions, who are trained at a MESA facility for sixty (60) days under the supervision of our opening team, free of charge.
MESA assigns an opening team to train and assist the franchise outlet's employees in the opening of the restaurant.
To ensure financial profitability and the franchise store's compliance with set standards, processes and procedures, our audit team frequently conducts unannounced audits. These cover several aspects of operations, such as the inventory management system, floor control compliance, facility maintenance, food safety practices and kitchen operations.
We also hold monthly or quarterly business performance reviews presided over by our CEO, COO or Operations Director. Our corporate team guides the franchise management team on their financial performance.
Our Marketing and Advertising team continuously develops national and local store promotions, partnerships and co-branding activities in support of the franchise outlet. The team assists the franchise store in establishing market demographics and information dissemination tools during and after the opening.
